Because of its dense nature Euonymus Japonicus ‘Green Spire’ makes the ideal choice for edging, topiary and formal hedges. This hardy evergreen hedge is a great alternative to Box / Buxus hedging and is resistant to box blight, making it a preferred choice for many gardeners.

Planting your Euonymus hedge is straightforward. Choose a sunny or light shade spot with well-draining soil. Dig a hole twice as wide and just as deep as the root ball. Place the plant in the hole, backfill with soil, and water thoroughly.
For hedging, space the plants 20cm apart (5 per meter). This will form a dense hedge and a seamless look in your garden.
